There was a time when the city had its plentiful share of Chinese restaurants \u2013 the thriving China Town, vibrant gullies of Tiretta Bazaar and numerous joints dotting the city. However, when it came to authentic Japanese cuisine in Kolkata, one couldn\u2019t find a single joint but from those within the premises of a five-star property.
