Delhi Club House is inspired by the clubs of colonial India. These institutions were the exclusive domain of their members to catch up with friends & colleagues over a drink or a meal. The food was neither fancy nor gastronomic – It was good, fresh, comfort food, borrowed from each other’s cuisines and satisfied the palettes of the ‘babus’ as well as the Britishers over a drink.
