The Company operates an online platform for the purpose of listing and advertising local business by providing a wide range of services including but not limited to web development, graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, online reputation management and lead generation.
The Company’s motto is to develop local business and help the local business grow in the technological growing world, however, the company does not provide the platform free of cost. The company provides mainly 2 different types of memberships to its Users through the online platform.
1. Monthly Membership
The users registering for the monthly membership shall be on a monthly subscription model, where the platform shall provide Website development services apart from the specific services provided under Clause 1.1 of this Policy. The main aim of this membership is to ensure that the users of the platform go online from the offline business model.
1.1 Monthly Package Plans
The Company offers two plans for the users
i. Basic Website – INR 999
ii. Ecommerce Website – INR 1999
All payments mentioned above is exclusive of the taxes and GST that shall be charged by the Company and additionally the user shall be eligible to benefits upon yearly payments which is at the discretion of the company.
1.2 Scope of services
Services will include
- Free domain
- Free hosting
- SSL certification
- Website Templates
- Official Email id for support (Limited to 1)
The company in its discretionary powers may increase the monthly charges of the plans mentioned above at any given time without any prior intimation to the user.
1.3 Terms and Conditions
Payments can be made monthly.
The payments shall be made on a timely basis and if the company fails to receive the payments from the users on the due date of the payment falling due, the company shall be entitled to temporarily suspend the services for the user.
Additionally, the company shall terminate the services to the user permanently if the company fails to receive any payments from the user for a period of 48 hours from the payment falling due.
The company shall be free from any liabilities of providing any assurances to the user pertaining to the domain availability on a failure to receive any payments from the user.
No customization in the templates would be made on the user availing the services.
The choice of templates shall be variable based on the package chosen by the client.
1.4 Turn Around Time
- The Basic Website Development would be completed in 2-3 weeks of time frame from the date of payment and shall be subjected to finalisation based on the Users comments.
- E-commerce Websites would be completed in 4-6 weeks of time frame based on the client’s approval.
- The Company shall not be responsible for the delay that may be caused due to the User.
- Domains and hosting will be booked under the name of local forever.
1.5 Domain Transfer
The Client shall be provided with the domain access and website access if the user avails for the yearly subscription and upon remittance of the yearly subscription fees of INR 4999 (exclusive of GST)
2.Premium Membership –
The users shall be provided added benefits apart from the website development in case the users avail the premium membership.
2.1 Package Plans
The payment can be for any duration based on the user’s requirements. The User is eligible to remit the payment on a Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or a Yearly basis.
2.2 Terms and Conditions
- The users will be listed on the directory pages based on their industry and keywords finalized and provided by the user.
- The Directory is not responsible for leads or calls or enquiries to the users at any given point of time during this membership.
- The Company shall not responsible for the quality of the enquiry/calls.
By availing the above-mentioned membership, You agree that your Payment Method may be charged by one of the third party payment gateways that the Company has availed services from.
Payment Due at Time of Order; Non-Refundable: You agree to pay all amounts due for Services at the time you place the request for the same on the platform and further, no payment made on the platform is refundable at any given point of time.
Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to change its prices and fees at any time, and such changes shall be posted online on the platform and shall be effective immediately without need for further notice to you. If you have availed or obtained Services for a period of months or years, changes in prices and fees shall be effective when the Services in question come up for renewal as further described below.
Payment Types: The Company shall appoint Third-Party Payment Gateways in order to ensure an efficient and easy payment towards the package you avail as specified above. The following “Payment Methods” shall be available on the payment gateway:
- Credit card
- Debit Card
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Wallets
The User shall be automatically redirected to these third party payment gateways on availing or clicking the Pay Now Button on the platform. Upon the completion of the payment, a confirmation email shall be automated to the registered email Id of the user with the payment receipt.
Monthly Billing Date: For the user being billed monthly, your monthly billing date will be based on the date of the month you purchased the Services and shall be applicable for a period of 30 or 31 days as the case may be.
Auto-Renewal Terms: Other than as required by applicable law, the Company does not retain hard copies or electronic versions of any payment-related information unless and until the user has availed for the services of auto-renewal. In case the user has availed for auto-renewal services, the User shall be auto charged by the payment gateway and post us being informed, we shall confirm the same through an email to the user upon the remittance of the payment.
If for any reason if we are unable to charge you through our Payment Gateway for any amount owed, or if we receive a notification of a chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, or is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to your Payment Method, the company will be entitled to pursue all available lawful remedies in order to obtain payment, including but not limited to, immediate cancellation, without notice to you, of any domain names or Services registered or renewed on your behalf.
The company also reserves the right to charge you reasonably for
(i) additional tasks/services outside the normal scope of its Services,
(ii) additional time and/or costs that the company may incur in providing its Services, and/or
(iii) your non-compliance with this policy or any other policy as specified on the platform
